Aspiring Writer's Giveaway!

Every writer wants an audience.  But it is a work of sanctification to write for One instead of the masses.

I am still being sanctified in this area; I still need help.  When I read the title to a fellow blogger's new ebook Notes to Aspiring Writers- Your Dream, God's Plan  I got interested.  She asked me to give a review and I was happy to do so.  Thus this post.

Brooke L. McGlothlin shares the journey of her writing metamorphosis.  She begins wanting to be a published author appreciated and adored by her readers through the path of traditional publishing means.  God changes her desires and she is changed as a writer. Through His wooing and love He helps shape her desires into His plans for her.  She now writes with the guidance of One for One.

She bears this journey candidly.  She is honest and spritiually insightful.  I could relate; some of her experiences have been mine.   Yes, I agree this is a "little book with a big message".  If you have any dream this book will encourage you place all of your dreams in His hands.   If you are an inspiring writer you will want to read it too.

And you can receive a FREE copy from LOV!  Leave a comment concerning anything of your writing experience- how you began, what you love to write about, what your writing dreams are....AND send me an email with your email address. (mrsepple@ladiesofvirtueonline.org)  Next Tuesday the winner will be announced!

Over the past 6 months or so, because of blogging regularly, I have found a love of writing. But I know I don't know much about the professional, technical side of it and I really want to learn more. Reading Brooke's story sounds like it would be a great thing!

Oh, a giveaway, how exciting! I try to write for One, but am always mindful of who may stop by to read my ramblings, and edit accordingly. I need to concentrate on the One reader who matters...and actually write. :)

Dear Lady of Virtue,
Your blog is such a sweet inspiration to me.
It has been some time since I settled down at the computer
to browse Women Blogs. But today I landed on yours from
a linky site and felt such a kindred spirit in your posts.
You know Christ and understand what it means to be
"In the Vine"... Yes, a true kindred spirit. :)

I've always loved writing, but haven't used it much since high school.
I use my speaking skills much more than my writing at church.
But I was inspired by some other Christians who were blogging
and realized I loved sharing fresh insights from the Word of God
with my friends, and they really enjoyed it, so I thought I would blog.
It has been a wonderful experience and so personally satisfying.

Every Blog Author knows it takes a little time before you get
an audience, but my husband told me to write and let God select
the audience. So I actually removed the follower button on my blogs,
though they did have followers listed and found that more people
used feeds than actually followed. I overcame the thought that numbers
meant success. If one person benefited from my blog... I made the
Kingdom of God a better place. This is my goal.

My blogs are Voice of My Beloved...The Body of Christ

And All Things Sweet and Tender

So pleased to meet you via the web.
God Bless,
